Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the numerology reports and consultation calls offered by BhuTantrra (Nagpur, Maharashtra, India) on this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

• Our reports (Lo Shu & Chaldean Numerology Report and Vedic Numerology Report) are personalised digital PDF documents prepared from the name and date of birth that you provide.
• You are responsible for entering correct details. Results are calculated only from the information you submit.
• Numerology, astrology, Vastu and the remedies suggested are traditional spiritual guidance. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
• Wear any gemstone only after consulting an expert.
• Reports are for your personal use. Please do not resell or publish them.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Privacy Policy

• We collect your name, date of birth, gender (for the Lo Shu report), email, mobile number and city only to prepare and deliver your report and, if booked, to call you.
• Payment details (card / UPI / bank) are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store them.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except service providers needed to process payments and send emails.
• Report PDFs are stored on our server for a limited time so that you can re-download them, and are then deleted automatically.
• To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, write to us at the email below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Because each report is a personalised digital product that is generated and delivered automatically right after payment, orders cannot be cancelled and are not refundable once the report has been sent.
• If your payment was deducted but you did not receive your report within 24 hours, contact us with your Order ID. We will resend it or, if we cannot deliver it, refund the amount in full.
• If the payment is deducted twice for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded.
• If you entered a wrong name or date of birth, contact us within 48 hours with your Order ID. We will regenerate the report once with the corrected details at no extra cost.
• Consultation calls can be rescheduled once if you inform us at least 12 hours before the booked slot. If we are unable to take the call, we will reschedule it or refund the call amount.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Delivery Policy

Reports are delivered electronically to the email address entered while ordering, usually within 5–10 minutes of a successful payment (as a PDF attachment and a download link). No physical goods are shipped. Consultation calls take place by phone at the booked time slot (Indian Standard Time).
